Located in the center of the property, the restaurant and bar are surrounded by tropical gardens.
We serve breakfast all day. Choose from French toast with local spices, a Swahili traditional breakfast, and many different styles of eggs. All are accompanied by fruit juices, teas, and coffees from Tanzania.
Lunch includes local specialties like samosas and fish soup and offers fish, seafood, and meat dishes with fresh salads.
Our dinner menu changes daily but always includes two appetizers, three main courses, and two desserts to choose from.
The bar stocks fresh juice drinks; wines from Australia, France, Italy, and South Africa; local Tanzanian beers; and creative cocktails.
We adapt our menu according to dietary/religious preferences, including Hallal.
