Booking Rules

I. Reservation procedure

Online Reservation is carried as follows:

1.Customer has an opportunity to choose the offered packages and standard lodging for the night which are shown in the reservation table.

2.Customer acquainted with the content and price of the package can choose the date for the chosen room and any additional conditions or packages.

3.Customer chooses an offer and proceeds to the next step – booking form where he provides his personal data and any remarks for the reservation.

4.Customer completes the data and can then forward the advance payment by one of the following ways: * credit card (3G Online Payment, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx); * standard bank transfer

4a. Customer who chooses the first option will receive a link to the online payment (3G online payments) which will be sent by hotel after the reservation (in max. 48h). Hotel can also use credit card details sent during reservation procedure to charge customers credit card.

4b. If Customer chooses the second method (payment by bank transfer or later), he will receive the confirmation of initial reservation by e-mail which will be confirmed after the advance payment by standard bank transfer or internet system. Reservation is considered as initial( not sure what you mean – ‘provisional’ maybe) 48 hours after booking and it can be removed if the advance payment is not received. Customer receives an e-mail message confirming the reservation which must be presented to hotel administrator for the final payment.


Ia. Reservation on query If there is no free room when making order online, room can be offered to the Customer on query ( do not really understand – I thing you meant inquiry but not sure). Customer completed form receives confirmation of date(or its absence) and information on the receipt of advance payment by e-mail. Customer can make advance payment by credit card, electronic or standard bank transfer. Reservation will be confirmed when the advance payment is received. Customer sent advance payment will get e-mail message on confirmation of the reservation which must be presented on arrival to the hotel for the final payment.

II. All reservations should be paid in total at least 30 days before customers arrival

1. reservations made 30 days or less before arrival should be paid in full as soon as possible

2. On special request, guests can pay 50% before arrival and 50% on the arrival day at the hotel. Requests of this nature should be discussed with hotel during the booking procedure.

III. Final provisions

1. Customer must ensure that the date is entered in the reservation form correctly. The Hotel is not responsible either for the arrival or departure period chosen incorrectly nor wrong data completed by the Customer.

2. The Hotel or any company which provides services is not responsible for the unavailability caused which is not their fault or other difficulties which are outside their responsibilities.

IV. Cancellation Policy. Cancellation and No Show Policy

30 days and More No Charge

15 – 30 days prior to arrival 50% of full booking value

8 – 14 days prior to arrival 75% of full booking value

1 – 7 days prior to arrival 100% of full booking value


V. Personal data Person who reserves a package at the hotel agrees his personal data will added to the database. This data will be used for the final completion of reservation procedure and marketing purposes within the conditions of the contract on the protection of personal data, 28th of September, 1997.

VI. Customer marked “I am familiar with provisions” submits he has understood the conditions provided in the provisions and agrees with them.
